Since I wrote about turning to treacle, I’ve had a few messages from people in a similar position - burning out or shutting down but not able to because of life responsibilities (particularly parenting). So I thought I’d write a bit more about what has helped me not burnout when I’m overloaded, and what I do when I am. It’s long, and if you’re burned out already then I’m really sorry for the length! I can do a bullet point version if you want one, just let me know.
